Absinthe, binding and Sherlock!! Great way to end the weekend.

Baby sisters graduation was on Friday so spent a lot of hours in the car and then being social to family. Today is my resting day...

Binding

I have finally started playing with my fabrics again. Binding by hand, with a cup of tea and some crappy tv shows in the background. The only thing missing is a cat in my lap, sleeping. (Or rather, playing with the thread and crashing the tea cup onto the floor.)

Needle broke

This little green thingy broke my needle yesterday. Well, it was bedtime anyway...

No quilting today

Only beer tonight. The quilts just have to wait until tomorrow!

Shopping done

Bought fabrics, just as predicted! Not my colours, but they should fit my friend's stroller nicely.
Maybe start cutting now -or should I measure and choose design first? The fun way, or the right way? Decisions decisions...

Okey, I have a blog. Why do I have a blog?

Yeeesh, tricky question. I think I'll keep ignoring it and have a cup of tea, and then finish work.
